Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to use my PDF files with this tool?
Yes, completely safe. Your PDFs are never uploaded to any server. All tools process, merge, unlock, and optimize your files entirely inside your own browser memory using client-side WebAssembly architecture.
Can I unlock a password-protected PDF?
Yes. Use the Unlock PDF tool, enter the password once, and the file will be decrypted locally so you can download a permanently unlocked version — no server required.
How do I reorder pages before merging PDFs?
When you select multiple files in the Merge tool, touch and hold the drag icon (the three lines) to rearrange their order before clicking Merge.
How much can the PDF optimizer reduce file size?
The Optimize tool compresses the internal PDF structure and removes unused objects. It works best on documents exported with unoptimized settings. Note: Since processing is done in-browser, it does not downsample or compress embedded images to preserve fidelity.
