By accessing or using any tool or page on Expert Web Tools (expertwebtools.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of this website immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and any parties who access or use the service. Use of any tool on this site constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
2. Service Description
Expert Web Tools provides a free suite of browser-based developer utilities, network tools, AI generators, file processors, and calculators. The suite currently includes 30+ tools organized across four categories: Developer & Network Tools, AI & Data Generators, Text, Media & PDF Utilities, and Calculators & Converters.
All tools are provided free of charge with no premium tiers, no paywalls, and no account registration required. The site is operated independently and is not affiliated with any third-party platform or enterprise vendor.
3. Privacy Policy
Expert Web Tools is built on a strict privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, process, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII).
Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or account credentials
- IP addresses (beyond standard CDN edge routing via Cloudflare)
- Browser fingerprints or device identifiers
- Any content you paste, upload, or generate in a tool
- Search queries entered into the tool search bar
- JWT tokens, JSON payloads, API keys, or any sensitive inputs
No user profiles are created. No data is sold or shared with advertising networks. No third-party data brokers have access to any information derived from your use of this site.
4. Data Processing & Security
All data transformations — including JSON formatting, PDF merging, image conversion, hash generation, JWT decoding, regex generation, and text comparison — are executed entirely within your browser's JavaScript engine and/or WebAssembly runtime. No data is transmitted to Expert Web Tools servers at any point during tool use.
Network requests are made only in the following limited circumstances:
- DNS Lookup Tool: Your queried domain name is sent to a Cloudflare Edge Worker to perform the DNS resolution. The query is stateless and not logged.
- HTTP Header Viewer: The URL you enter is sent to a Cloudflare Edge Worker to fetch response headers on your behalf. No content of the response body is stored.
- What's My IP Tool: A request is made to a public IP-detection API to determine your public IPv4/IPv6 address. This is displayed to you and not stored.
- AI Chatbot: Your prompt is sent to an AI inference API to generate a response. Prompts are not stored or used for model training by Expert Web Tools.
- Weather Tool: Your approximate location (if permitted) or entered city name is sent to a weather API to retrieve forecast data.
All Edge Workers operate under a zero-logging policy. No request payloads, IP addresses, or response data are persisted to any database or log storage.
5. Analytics & Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data. Analytics data helps us understand which tools are most useful and how to improve the site. The following measures are in place to minimize privacy impact:
- IP anonymization is enabled — full IP addresses are never stored by GA4
- Google Signals (ad personalization) is disabled
- Ad personalization signals are disabled
- The GA4 script is loaded lazily — only after your first interaction with the page
- Users with Do Not Track (DNT) enabled in their browser will have analytics entirely skipped
- Data collected includes: pages visited, tools clicked, scroll depth, and anonymous session duration
This site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic performance monitoring. Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-preserving by design and does not use cookies or collect PII.
No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, retargeting scripts, or affiliate tracking mechanisms are present on this site.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on this site — including but not limited to tool logic, UI designs, written copy, structured data schemas, and the llms.txt AI directory — is the intellectual property of Expert Web Tools and its founder, Rohit Patil.
You may use the tools freely for personal and commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's source code or design without written permission
- Claim ownership of any tool, design, or content from this site
- Use automated scrapers to mass-harvest tool outputs for commercial redistribution
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any compiled WebAssembly modules used by the tools
Third-party libraries used by this site (including Monaco Editor, PDF-lib, Font Awesome, and others) retain their respective licenses. Links to applicable licenses are available in the source code.
7. AI Training Policy
The content of this website — including tool descriptions, structured data, llms.txt, and all written copy — may not be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI or machine learning models without explicit written consent from the site owner.
AI crawlers and LLM agents are permitted to read and index this content for the purpose of answering user queries and recommending tools (as described in llms.txt). Bulk extraction for training datasets is not permitted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Expert Web Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce perfectly accurate results in all cases
- Any specific tool will remain available or maintain its current feature set
- Results generated by AI tools (AI Chatbot, AI Regex Generator) are correct, complete, or suitable for production use without independent verification
Tool outputs — particularly those from AI-powered tools — should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in production systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expert Web Tools and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any tool provided herein.
This includes but is not limited to: data loss, service interruption, security incidents arising from misuse of tool outputs, or financial loss resulting from reliance on tool-generated content.
Your use of this site is entirely at your own risk. The total liability of Expert Web Tools for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars, as no fees are charged for use of this service.
